Competence
As part of its renewal process, the Institute has invested heavily in the professional development of its staff, including those hired after 2014 to provide the specialist skills and experience required for the complex transformation project.
The Institute’s evolution has involved creating new offices and functions, renewing the first line of management, and including new specialised professional profiles.
The different areas are staffed by managers with decades of experience in major international banks and asset management companies, dedicated staff with certified skills, and professionals with experience in European financial institutions.
